At my wedding reception dinner – as I have been a long time fan of organic one’s wines, it was only natural that I had nothing but, organic one’s wines.  It was an excellent choice, as the wines complemented the food. It was apparent, even to the non wine ‘experts’- that there was something special about the wines. The general consensus was that, the wine had an ‘uncluttered’ palate, meaning that the natural taste and aroma was unhindered by additives.
